Below we have provided the most common questions we have received along with our answers.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes! All brake repairs are backed by a 24-month/2-year warranty.

Do you come to me?

Yes! We come to where ever your vehicle is located.

Are there any additional fees?

Possibly, but we will be upfront with you about any possible additional fees. There are 2 primary reasons why your service may cost more than initially expected.

  1. Your brakes need additional services beyond what you thought was needed.  If you think your brakes only need new brake pads, but upon inspection by our ASE certified tech, it is determined your rotors or calipers also need to be replaced to perform the brake repair properly this would increase the cost of your service to account for the additional parts cost and time to perform the repair.
  2. Your vehicle is located outside of our primary service area.  Our primary service area includes everywhere inside the I-275 loop and areas just outside the I-275 loop. If you need a repair close to but outside of our primary service area, please understand a trip fee may be required to account for the additional drive time involved in providing your service.

What brake part manufacturers do you use?

Duralast has proven the quality of its brake products over the years and is our go-to brake part brand. If Duralast parts are not available for your vehicle’s make and model, we will use another trusted brake part brand such as Carquest® Wearever®. If your vehicle requires OEM brake components, we may use Akebono brake components as they are the world’s largest OEM brake pad supplier.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We also accept PayPal and Venmo payments.

Are estimates really free to request?

Yes. We want to get you our price – please do not hesitate to request your free estimate. You might be surprised just how much we can save you!

How long will it take to receive my estimate after requesting it?

You can expect your free estimate within hours of requesting it during business hours.

Do you supply the parts?

Yes. We do not install parts purchased by the customer for liability reasons.

I already have the parts, will you install them?

No. But you can return them and we will bring our own brake parts to perform your service. We cannot install customer-purchased parts for liability reasons. Thank you for understanding.

Do you replace brake lines?

Yes and no. In certain situations, we will replace brake lines but if it requires our techs to climb under the vehicle, we can not perform the repair. The safety of our team is one of our top priorities. Our customer’s complete satisfaction is our top priority!
